MK11 EVO First Stage

The MK11 EVO uses an air-balanced diaphragm design that isolates its internal mechanism from direct contact with the surrounding water while providing consistent air delivery across changing cylinder pressures and breathing demands.

Its forged brass body incorporates metal fins to improve thermal exchange and protective bumpers to help guard against scratches. Two opposing high-pressure ports are angled 15 degrees for convenient routing, while four high-flow low-pressure ports provide flexibility when configuring the rest of the regulator system.

C370 Second Stage

The redesigned C370 combines an air-balanced valve with a compact reinforced-technopolymer casing. Its inhalation-effort knob lets the diver fine-tune breathing resistance, while the coaxial dive/pre-dive lever provides control over Venturi assistance.

A large purge control is easy to operate, while the Super-Flow hose, metal valve housing, and compact Hi-Flow mouthpiece round out a second stage designed for comfortable, dependable everyday diving.

INT/Yoke & DIN Options

The MK11 EVO/C370 is available with either an INT/Yoke or DIN first-stage connection. INT/Yoke uses a clamp-style connection secured over a compatible cylinder valve and is common in North American recreational diving. DIN uses a threaded connection that screws directly into a compatible DIN cylinder valve for a compact, streamlined attachment.

Select the connector type that matches your cylinders and diving setup.

Water Temperature Considerations

SCUBAPRO states that the MK11 EVO is suitable for water temperatures down to approximately 10°C / 50°F. It does not incorporate the dedicated anti-freeze systems or environmentally sealed dry chambers found on some of SCUBAPRO’s regulators intended for colder-water applications.

Nitrox Compatibility

SCUBAPRO rates the MK11 EVO/C370 for Nitrox mixtures containing up to 40% oxygen. Follow applicable Nitrox procedures and manufacturer service requirements. If a regulator has previously been used with standard compressed air, SCUBAPRO advises that appropriate maintenance and cleaning by an authorized technician may be necessary before switching to Nitrox use.

Interchangeable C370 Color Frames

The redesigned C370 allows the front color frame to be changed by the diver. Frames snap on and off using a flathead screwdriver or similar simple pry tool, allowing the regulator to be personalized or made easier to identify among other equipment.

Compatibility Note: The new snap-on C370 color frames are designed for the redesigned C370. They should not be assumed to fit earlier C370 second stages that use the previous metal-frame design.

FAQs

What is the difference between the Graphite and White versions?
The regulator performance and core design are the same. The Black/Graphite version uses a black C370 with a standard graphite-colored frame, while the White version uses white components on both the C370 and MK11 EVO with dark gray accents and a standard white C370 frame.

Is this available in both Yoke and DIN?
Yes. SCUBAPRO offers the MK11 EVO/C370 with both INT/Yoke and DIN first-stage connections. Select the connector that matches your cylinder valve and preferred setup.

What does an air-balanced diaphragm first stage do?
The balanced diaphragm design helps maintain consistent air delivery as cylinder pressure, depth, and breathing demand change while keeping the primary internal mechanism separated from direct contact with the surrounding water.

What does an air-balanced second stage do?
The C370’s air-balanced valve is designed to help keep inhalation effort smooth as depth and supply pressure change during the dive.

What does the inhalation adjustment knob do?
It allows the diver to increase or decrease the effort required to begin airflow, making it possible to personalize the C370’s breathing characteristics.

What does the dive/pre-dive lever do?
The coaxial control adjusts Venturi assistance. The pre-dive position helps reduce unwanted free flow when the second stage is not being breathed from, while the dive position provides greater airflow assistance underwater.

Is the MK11 EVO intended for cold-water diving?
SCUBAPRO states that the MK11 EVO is suitable down to approximately 10°C / 50°F. Divers regularly operating in colder conditions may want to consider a SCUBAPRO first stage specifically equipped with additional anti-freeze or environmental-sealing features.

Can this regulator be used with Nitrox?
Yes. SCUBAPRO rates the system for Nitrox mixtures containing up to 40% oxygen when used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s requirements and applicable regulations.

Can I change the color of the C370?
Yes. Optional diver-changeable C370 frames are sold separately in six colors. The Black regulator includes a standard Graphite frame and the White regulator includes a standard White frame.

Does this set include an octopus?
No. The set includes the MK11 EVO first stage, C370 primary second stage, 75 cm low-pressure hose, 4 mm Allen key, and product manual. An alternate second stage is sold separately.

Warranty

SCUBAPRO regulators are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s current warranty terms, service requirements, and exclusions.

Expert Insight

The MK11 EVO/C370 is designed around a useful balance of compact size, adjustability, and straightforward hose routing. The MK11 EVO keeps the first stage relatively streamlined while providing two HP and four high-flow LP ports, and the C370 gives the diver direct control over inhalation effort and Venturi assistance. Choosing between Graphite and White is primarily a matter of appearance, while Yoke versus DIN should be selected according to the cylinder valves and diving environment you use most often.
