The Shearwater Perdix 3 is a rugged, full-size dive computer built for reliability, pairing the expedition-grade Perdix form factor with an ultra-bright 2.4″ (6.1 cm) full-color AMOLED display at 450 x 600 resolution — four times the resolution of the Perdix 2 on a 19% larger screen. Its armoured casing, precision-engineered titanium bezel, and titanium piezo touch buttons protect the enhanced electronics, while an aluminosilicate toughened glass lens covers the display. The Perdix 3 is depth-rated to 260 m (850 ft) and powered by a single user-replaceable AA battery of any type.
Seven dive modes support everything from recreational scuba diving to technical diving and rebreather bailout: Air, Nitrox, 3 Gas Nitrox, OC Tec (multi-gas trimix decompression), CC/BO fixed PPO2, Gauge, and Freediving with configurable sampling rates and vibration alerts, plus Avelo mode by unlock code. Decompression runs on the Buhlmann ZHL-16C Gradient Factor algorithm with full trimix and CCR support and integrated NDL and deco planners. Air integration supports up to four wireless gas pressure transmitters simultaneously, along with GPS transmitter support. A refined user interface adds three layout styles (Standard, Big, and Tec), 14 display color options, three savable setting sets, and the SurfaceGF +5 decompression stress indicator, while high-speed Bluetooth delivers dive log downloads and firmware updates up to six times faster than the Perdix 2. The Perdix 3 is available in Black and Silver.
